Led by our youth leaders Andy Lin, Elaine Chan and consulted by our schoolteachers Mei-Hwa Chan and Mann Broadstock, they have finished 50 survey forms out of 75. They use every opportunity to reach out to the youth to educate the Chinese youth the harm caused by tobacco. They are doing their survey in events like Fraze Pavilion, DACA picnic, Dayton Chinese Church Friday youth program. The difficult part for this survey is to have parent signed the survey form but so far the difficult part is to actually meet the parent in person to sign. If gathering the signature proves to be the bottleneck of this survey, they will mail out the form to the intended youth to have their parent signs the form.
